The user should be able to bookmark the news. You can use any DB for this but Room will be preferred.
Suggestions for bookmark:
- The bookmark option should be visible in a overflow menu which will be present in each news item
- The news items will contain a bookmark icon and clicking on it will save it in db.

If Open Budget gets big, internationalization might be something that could be useful since we can translate the app into languages other than English.
I don't have any experience with i18n on Elixir yet, so my guess is just as good as yours.
