Describe the bug
Label needs to change. In PayPal, the text to connect via REST API does not match the current PayPal UI

To Reproduce
IMPORTANT: if you are going to accept payments in a currency you don't hold, please make sure to enable automatic currency conversion.
To do that, go to PayPal dashboard and select Profile -> Profile and Settings -> My Selling Tools -> Block Payments

Go through all the follow up links from the root index.html and make sure they work. Also file one issue for every curriculum missing a follow up email template.

Add WAF to CloudFront (web-ui) and web service load balancers. Note that once #5 is complete, WAF should be added to APIGW instead.

I've heard a lot of good things about mobx & mobx-state-tree, but haven't had a chance to play with it yet. I'd be interested in attending a talk on it!

Should be simple, use bootstrap4. Can have standard bootstrap navigation at top + some graphic on starter page, maybe a little bit similar to http://graphql.org/

Initially user should see suppliers but be redirected to signin when clicking on Add or Edit supplier.
