PR Summary

  • Adds a build task to ensure pwsh is always present on the agent
  • Enables handling of commits that aren't present in GitHub
  • Converts the checked-in CHANGELOG to use LF line endings
  • Fixes the git autocrlf config change to make it self-resetting
  • Makes the publish release script usable with new branch names / versions
  • Skips bots in the changelog generation
