mixed content error
Describe the bug
Firefox is giving mixed content error because http urls are used for music album images:

To Reproduce
Request music album, your browser will then show mixed content error.

Expected behaviour:
flexget check should fail if there is an error from an included external yaml file.
Actual behaviour:
flexget check reports no error.
Steps to reproduce:
Add external yaml file and include it from ~/.flexget/config.yml. Make intentional error in the external yaml file.

It'd be nice if we could add short notes to items while on the detail media screen.
The wife asked for this, just so that she can add short remarks to an item.
Guess a simple text field would do, 3-4 lines, just to add some quick additional data like for items that she liked and I didn't or so.
Let me suggest to "merge" the fourth column's content to the third column (and then delete the fourth column). Add the click-handler to the title, so that the description is shown as tooltip when the title is clicked (or onhover).
Saves screen space on small displays (like my MacBook).

While the Oddworks server does not support event analytics piping out of the box, the consumer SDKs do. However, the Oddworks platform is designed as a pluggable system and any server side consumer of events from Oddworks SDKs should follow this specification.

Considering this project has been around for over a decade and I don't see people's need for the functionality changing anytime soon, I think it makes a lot of sense for us to document the code for future maintainers.
