Debian Buster is the current stable release. It replaced Debian Stretch. Among many other changes it replaced php7.0 by php7.3. This requires updates for several files of PalMA.
Travis CI already had to be updated to work again.

We need to write the Wiki documentation for the RoteZora CNC machine
- It runs with LinuxCNC
- It has a via VFD controllable 2.8 kW spindle (direction and speed controllable with gcode)
- It is watercooled (closed loop)
- Seperate introduction required to become a user
- New users needs to gain basic experiences with the wood CNC before before be able to get an introduction for RoteZora CN

We should come up with some guidelines for these use-cases. I think all our code is already covered (BSD3 licensed code). Not sure about our documentation (should be CC-by?? but is BSD3 license right now). The logo and name also have no guidance on how to use them.
