It appears that 'my project/package manager is missing' is a common bug report/request. It might be best to have a specific flow for this in ISSUE_TEMPLATE, linking to result of #9.

We've done a bit of this with the NPM and RubyGems registries, but it would be good to capture the guidance on when and how we should do it.

Currently, VPS module and Guidance module prints out lots of debugging messages at runtime.
The debugging messages of each module can be helpful to unit test but it makes hard to debug the integrated system.
It would be better to turn off the message print by default or to provide a function to turn it on and off.

We should have a section of the wiki for "How to get started with ____" that gives really clear instructions / links to good resources. Like webdev should be pretty easy to get started with, but the sheer amount of crap online makes it hard to get started.
