Installed in staging yesterday using Helm and Terraform. It was incredibly easy to setup and immediately helped me diagnose tricky latency issues between services. I have no idea why I didn’t do this sooner. Can’t wait to get this into production.

This is a huge step forward for 's proxy and the foundation of some extremely cool upcoming changes. (Also, early benchmarks look preeeetty amazing for a proxy that's already running very close to the edge of the performance envelope)

Here I have a Traffic split happening from a dev cluster into two other services running in two different clusters located at South East Asia and West US. It is mTLS'ed. 🖇️🔐🔮 You can obviously point out which region is closer to me! ;)

🎉 Linkerd 2.8 is out! This is a big one: we've added multi-cluster connectivity. 🎉 Linkerd can now establish connections across K8s clusters that are: ✅ secure ✅ fully transparent to the application ✅ independent of underlying network topology

It's hard to focus on a whole lot right now, but I do appreciate the unsolicited reminders that what we're building with makes things better for people, even if it's in just a small way in the grand scheme of things

I was able to do that with and it’s been (and has continued to be) the easiest and nicest tooling I’ve used with Kubernetes.

Can't imagine building based distributed systems without ! Nobody got time for building gRPC load balancing, mTLS, automatic retries and timeouts from scratch. Plus... IT. JUST. WORKS.
