The document is not update for 7.x version. I see a lot of changes but the main feature which I'm interested is to embed these charts into custom webpage. I'm not sure how to embed charts into custom site while using dashbuilder 7.x version. in earlier version we could embed using kpi id as per the document.
Please suggest ASAP.
Currently, learning about the features of bioSyntax and what they translate to involves looking through the manual on our site. Spades produces many short contigs. It may be helpful to have an optional parameter for metagenomics.py::assemble_spades, perhaps --minContigLength, to only write contigs greater in length than a specified value.

example tools
It would be nice to have a suite of example tools to further show off the syntax and utility of hts-nim.
Please leave a comment here with a description.
The strengths of hts-nim are speed, so things that are too slow in python would be good candidates. It has very good syntax for VCF and BAM.
