I'm using JHU directly and I know what chaos it is, the most blatant example being that they provide "cumulative data" that's not cumulative quite often in practice. And the whole change of file formats, etc.

This repository contains a simple (and brief) exploratory data analysis focused on the crisis of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic in Spain and its different provinces. The aim is to show the evolution of reported cases, deaths and recoveries using the new daily information of new cases, deaths or recoveries, their cumulative sum and their rate of variation (daily and cumulative).
