for "Orders Shopify payments Segmentation" starscream job, Adding extra filter on gateway conditions (sth like "gateway status" = 'Active' AND "payment gateway name" = 'shopify_payments' -- is_using_shopify_payments) Also, adding country codes

Also, we need to change the sql code within python, to be aligned with the code we used in "Shopify Balance-financial modelling". The logic applied in the later is slightly different than the current starscream sql job.
