Ambiguity with xDebug on Docker Toolbox setup

Goal

To get xDebug working properly on Docker Toolbox, & clarify the docs to make it easier for others.

I've been struggling for several hours, still unsuccessfully, to get xDebug working on Docker Toolbox, based on the docs

I have no idea how to get published api docs to a website via github (maybe it does not work that way) but the API is large enough and different enough from the jvm/java API that published API docs would be helpful. I tried building the docs locally but had trouble for some reason with sbt.

I know the npm facade's are all different repos so that seems like alot of api sites...I'm not sure what

After clicking on any notification it shows undefined.

Tested this and it occurs for a few seconds. the delay depends on the total amount of notification in the stack.

WHEN I click the menu button on the top left
I WANT TO see the "Create a Campaign" sub-option under "Campaigns" OR have "Create a Campaign" as a standalone option

Currently, "Create a Campaign" is mushed into the other options in the menu.
