Is it possible to make the minimum size of the window a little smaller? I'm trying to make a pip window of my Spotify controls and the selection is almost twice the height.
As someone in the discord recently said that the documentation was not sufficient i want to ask the question he and start a discussion.
Is more documentation required for Chatterino? If so, what types of documentation?
Missing Docs
This Library seems good but there is no example for it..
And a Doxygen generated file doc useless when not up to date...
people will use other libraries cause of that

Adding a window icon
Currently the snap has no icon when displayed in taskbar, instead a placeholder is displayed, this makes it a bit hard to discern from other applications that lack an icon.
Maybe a nice free "play" button icon could be added to the snap?

In cooldowns.py, the correct Rate Limits for normal users/bots are used. However, as the docs state, one may be a known or verified bot, giving increased rate limits.
This ought to be reflected in the code; I will open a PR later today if i get the chance.
