Short Description
It's well known that the current weapon sounds are terrible. It'd be nice to get a replacement for these so weapons don't sound like a toy.

When users click a map marker, the app should display URLs to news stories about the incident.
The URLs would have to be stored in a database.
On the NYC Open Data API, each incident has a unique INCIDENT_KEY. That key can be used as a reference key in the database for the map app.

It would reduce the amount of time to make tests and revise shot detection if this information was logged along with the videos. I would think this wouldn't be very hard to implement? Raise shot detection classes to trace and send to file until the recording is stopped. I wouldn't think it would harm processing any more than recording the frames does.
