Current new dialog is overdeveloped and hard to use for new users. It's can be improved by special panel with "quick setup buttons". That buttons can allows to select pre-defined settings for match or tourney.
The main idea is that the user clicks on that button, selects a deck, and can launch the game.
As example:
- "Commander" button on press can show:
- x4
- x2
- "Constructed" but

Hi there, probably stupid question but is there any detailed doc of what kind of content the config json can contain? I see you can setup username and password for each kernel: is this an authentication against the livy server?
Is there a way to specify the address of the server?
Also, is it possible to customize the location of the config.json file?

was just watching the C++ Now presentation on Julia and C++ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvnxY3NjHQ4) and noticed in the section on Cxx.jl (around 48 minutes in) that there is a special assignment syntax in the REPL ":=" for assigning C++ results back to a Julia variable.
I don't see this documented anywhere here in the docs.

For auto generated tests that contain references to variables $param1 that are also parameters we should just reference the params block instead of inserting the variable in in the test.

Refactor DI
Refactor classes (including tests) to resolve dependencies out of the IoC container with $this->dep = app($class::class) in the constructor, instead of through the constructor method arguments.
Constructor arg lists get quite long (see PopulationCalculator), and needs fixing test constructors whenever this changes.
