Since python 3.6, python standard documentation recommends using dateutil to deal with timezone info. However, EWSDateTime and EWSTimeZone right now only support pytz timezone, not dateutil.tz timezone.

It will be great if exchangelib could support dateutil.tz

We should extend the spfx doctor command with a new option named version which allows to check the compatibility for the particular SPFx version.

I would like to implement Davmail for a mailbox hosted in Exchange Online (Office 365).
Conditional Access in Azure AD requires MFA to access the mailbox with a browser from a non-compliant device.
Davmail 5.4.0 runs as a service on Ubuntu 18.04 Server without a desktop environment.
