Current behavior (how does the issue manifest):
The examples that demonstrate how to use the rules action within a flogo app.json are not documented.
Expected behavior:
Document the usage of the samples via a README in the corresponding samples directory
Hover on Delete icon under Watch List page, currently displaying "Selected Document(s)".
We are expecting "Remove Selected Document(s)" instead of "Selected Document(s)".

In the "Rule Designer development environment for ODM developers:" section of the DockerHub page we read that we have to use Eclipse v4.7.3. but we don't know if this is the only version of Eclipse that works and/is supported.

The logs in Stackdriver from OCS-gw does not have the correct Level set and multiline logs are getting logged as separate entries. We should start using JSON based logging to get this correct.
