Hospitals, nursing homes & doctors are once again running out of PPE as COVID-19 cases surge. There's no excuse for inaction. It's been months. My bill with will mobilize resources to manufacture these supplies immediately in America. copy

Breonna Taylor was denied medical attention for up to six minutes after she was shot dead by police. It's been nearly four months and not one officer has been charged with her murder. This injustice must end. Keep marching.

We’ve broken our daily record for COVID-19 cases five times in the last nine days. We can't stall any longer on decisive action. Essential workers must be protected, small businesses must be saved, and ordinary Americans must be supported.

Big Pharma is trying to price gouge during a pandemic and the Trump administration is helping them get away with it. I'll say it again: COVID-19 vaccines and treatments must be free at the point of service.

Essential workers are risking the health of their families and loved ones every single day to keep our economy moving. It's absolutely disgraceful that the Senate has failed to protect them. Let's see some action: Pass 's and my Essential Workers Bill of Rights.

Let's set the record straight: More testing isn't causing the explosive increase in cases. COVID-19 is spreading very quickly. Hospitals in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and many other areas are nearing capacity. Trump must take this pandemic seriously. Now.

A Black man in Detroit was wrongfully accused of a crime due to facial recognition software. Police also use it to track activists. A violation of civil liberties and the right to privacy. The police should be banned from using this invasive technology.

Nobody should be killed by police because they sold loose cigarettes, or used a fake $20 bill. Lives will be saved if police are only allowed to use lethal force as a last resort. The Senate must stop dragging their feet. Pass the Justice in Policing Act.

Black Americans have faced the highest surge in unemployment from COVID-19 and are recovering the slowest. Millions are having trouble paying for their basic needs. and I have a plan for that: $2,000/month for the duration of this crisis.

Not everyone is being impacted equally by COVID-19. The health disparities that already existed in America before this pandemic have exploded. The results are grim: Black and Latino Americans are far more likely to be infected and die from COVID-19.

This pandemic isn't over. The rent and bills can't wait any longer. We need to: ✅ Extend the $600/week unemployment expansion ✅ Provide rental assistance & a nationwide moratorium on evictions ✅ Expand Medicare to the unemployed ✅ Give $2,000/month to ordinary Americans

Republicans claim that we shouldn't extend extra unemployment benefits because then people won't want to work. Really? The federal minimum wage hasn't risen in ten years. The wealth of billionaires continues to soar. Here's an idea: Raise the wage to at least $15/hour.

While lobbyists connected with Trump were able to get their clients $10 billion in COVID-19 relief, 90 percent of minority and women-owned small businesses haven't received any PPP loans. Is this what Trump meant by draining the swamp?

First time you have said let’s look at Germany, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. They have universal healthcare as a right. They have liveable wage jobs for the working class. They give everyone childcare. They have free college & vocational education. Are you for those policies?

Because of the work of activists, the Atlantic Coast Pipeline is no more. These pipelines pollute our air and water and do nothing to reduce our dependence on oil. Investing in clean energy would create millions of jobs and combat the climate crisis.

Black Americans are almost 3X as likely to get COVID-19 as white Americans. Latino Americans are even more than 3X as likely. This is no coincidence. Our response to this global pandemic must protect the Black and Latino communities most impacted by this horrible virus.

So far in July: ⚠️ There have been over 250,000 cases in the U.S. alone ⚠️ The U.S. broke the record for daily cases three times ⚠️ Ten states reached their single day highs Don't listen to anyone who tells you this pandemic isn't serious — Including the White House.

Thank you . I know – no matter who sits in the White House — that you’ll continue to press forward in the fight for Medicare for All. Proud to stand by your side.

Employers shouldn't be able to use their religion to deny birth control coverage under the ACA. This wouldn't even be an issue if health care wasn't tied to employment. With Medicare for All, contraceptives would be free regardless of where you work.
