Describe the bug
The configuration settings at UI or any change in LUIS subscription does not get reflected in app settings. As a result the deployment fails with error ->

Describe the bug
Cannot use 'cp' command while installing it on Windows.
It is needed to replace 'cp' with 'copy' in scripts written in package.json if an user wants to install botfront on Windows machine.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install choco
- Install meteor
- Install botfront using
meteor npm installin Windows Powershell.
Expected behavior
Is there a way to get notified when webchat receives any message or is there a way to get the size of messages?
Expected Behavior
The backend development documentation exists and walks developers through concerns and tips.
Current Behavior
The document is an empty file with a header.
I cannot get past {topic=puzzle1}. I keep getting redirected to {topic=crashsite}. When I switched "includes" to "inherits" on {topic=puzzle1} and {topic=puzzle2} everything worked as expected and I completed the script.
Apologies that I don't have a PR but I'm not sure what the behavior of "includes" is supposed to be.

Right now the code - documentation is incomplete:
Missing data types of arguments and returns.
Descriptions in some places are vague or missing.
More Examples can be added
Instructions aren't sufficient to deploy as it misses a lot of steps. Actual deployment instructions are mostly the same as https://cloud.google.com/python/django/appengine

In some cases it would be helpful to handle the input as the user typed it, keeping uppercase and lowercase letters.
This could be provided via parameter on brain initialization.
Alternatively, it would be helpful to be able to access the original input matched by a wildcard.
Thanks

I propose this topic as feature request, but it's also a documentation issue, as lack of details in user guide paragraph: https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/actions/#custom-actions.
What specified in paragraph Execute Actions in Other Code is obscure to me, and details at the API documentation link [Action Server](]https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/api/acti
