I find Typora (http://typora.io/) has a good table input method. It is written in JavaScript.

The GUI is being like this.

I do not like its design to hide markdown text, but its table formation tool is quite cool.

I hope we can insert a new table, or select the table content and then edit it with a plugin like this.

If someone could also do that for Matrices in Math mode it would be amazing.
