If the responsiveWidth setting is used, the dragAndMove vertical should be disabled. As of now the responsiveWidth setting is ignored when dragAndMove is used.

As a user of Select2, I would like the dropdown menu to close when I click elsewhere on the page because this is the expected and natural behavior of selection dropdowns.

Expected Behavior:
When a the selection dropdown is open and a click happens outside of the dropdown menu, the dropdown menu should close.

Actual Behavior:
The dropdown does not close when a click event occurs out

steps to repro:

While updating an app to jQuery 3.3.x, I noticed a jQuery deprecation warning indicating the event shorthand methods have been deprecated. It seems there are no plans to ever remove them but they've been removed from the slim version of the package.
