Issue Info

The script described here https://github.com/PureLayout/PureLayout/wiki/App-Extensions used to work perfectly until some recent changes on CocoaPods. On CocoaPods 1.8.0 ~ 1.8.4 the script fails to enter the conditional block, meaning that the GCC_PREPROCESSOR_DEFINITIONS are never set.

While debugging the script, I found out that the APPLICATION_EXTENSION_API_ONLY flag value is not set dur

Hey, I find it a little annoying to have to click into the dropdown to see what the sizing / positioning relationship is relative to.

There are cases, when keyboard doesn't intersect view controller's view: e.g. view controller is shown modally with modalPresentationStyle == .formSheet on iPad, however keyboardLayoutGuide is shrinked by the height of the keyboard.

Looking to understand how the layout should be initialized to use the collection view and suggest adding this to the documentation.
