Description
We should use page tables in kernel land to store unused remote addresses. In this way we run out out of entries in the table of remote addresses slower.
The docs say these packages are needed for the old Mezzanine.
sudo apt-get install g++ gdb codeblocks qtcreator doxygen texlive-font-utils graphviz git-core pkg-config cmake-gui cmake autoconf pkg-config swig ninja-build mercurial
sudo apt-get install libxaw7-dev libxrandr-dev libglu1-mesa-dev libgles1-mesa-dev libpulse-dev
libgles1-mesa-dev and git-core are no longer packages.

@meomancer please provide any needed supporting documentation on how to get the site up and running on a production server given that the docker-osm component may need some additional setup. Also stress that the deployment process may take some time in the initial instance.
Also please provide notes if developers need to do anything special.
