• update server setup guide docs with workable default (user:group, g+w for www)
• plugin attempt to set group write permissions when writing files
• don't pollute logs when can't set target permissions/ownership (but can still write files)
• stop processing when unable to write/delete a file due to permissions + WsLog it

Would be nice to add an option for adding additional git push flags. In our case, something like --no-verify would be crucial.

The file that has been generated has a bug which I need to fix everytime I deploy.
In the static index.html file for my new Post and the home Page, it renders the image incorrectly, the file name is changed and an extra "g" or "pg" or "jpg" is getting added to the images

The version of the OpenRefine logo that is used on this website (wireframe version of the diamond) is not used anywhere else. I think OpenRefine's official website should use OpenRefine's official logo! If it does not fit with the rest of the design, then the rest of the design is wrong.
