There is a CC BY-SA 4.0 license badge at the bottom of the README without any explanation of what is covered under that license verse the MIT license. Should that badge be removed? Or maybe add a mention for what is covered under the CC BY-SA 4.0?

This might be more me than the theme, but I can not see the
.envfile at all in the tab. If there is a setting or an option to enable/disable that would be great. I was not able to find anything obvious.I have File Colors disabled, and the related issues showed a fix when updated to 2019.1.3
