Pros: It offers a smart SMS sending feature to send mass SMS very easily. Enabling this tool with business is very easy. Integrated with CRM tools. The Mobile version also supported.
Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.
Overall: TrueDialog is powerful SMS sending for a business tool. I have been using this for several years. It offers a great mass SMS sending solution. It's a valuable tool to engage with clients.

Terrific customer serviceCons: Provisioning shortcodes can be slow due to carrier approvals
Overall: Have used platform for years now. Great experience overall, especially compared to other services I have used before. Customer service in particular is quick and responsive.
