While playing videos, there's a general jerkiness every few seconds.

Would to be possible to add the filename (and path?) or the recorded file to the response of StartRecording and/or StopRecording? Better yet, how about passing in a filename to save the recording to when calling StartRecording? Thanks!

When you decide to download the new version and click to go to the site to download it still sends you to the CodePlex site even though no downloads are available.
Ideally, it should send the user to the Github site where the download is available.
When I already have a running nvim process, either through nvr -s or by setting NVIM_LISTEN_ADDRESS and then starting nvim manually, trying to diff files with nvr -d foo bar does open two files in a split, but I still need to :diffthis the first file after they're opened.
If there's no process yet when I do nvr -d foo bar, diff mode is enabled correctly in the new nvim process.
