"Why Smart Bosses Never Make Counteroffers When Employees Resign" Tl;dr: proactvely incentivize them to stay, because if you force people to apply elsewhere to "bargain" with an external offer, they are going to leave anyway.https://flip.it/QqMY_n

Today
@soloio_inc has a well-thought-out approach to storing WASM in OCI registries "Announcing the WebAssembly (wasm) OCI Image Spec" https://buff.ly/3hidH9k This is good news for@krustlet and other#webassembly tools. The early litmus test is if we can avoid fragmentation.pic.twitter.com/sWMLrVz8dn

We also use OCI registries for
@cnab_spec bundles (see the article above) and WebAssembly modules in Krustlet. And we've experimented with more. Why? Because we are convinced that the OCI registry is a great way to distribute binary packages. Again, hats off to the ECR team.Show this threadThanks. This is really, really great news. We are hoping that OCI registries become a premier way of storing not just Docker images, but other artifacts.
@HelmPack has had OCI registry support since Helm 3.0.0. I am so happy to see ECR support this.https://twitter.com/mhausenblas/status/1299408985636954115 …

We just launched a developer preview of Helm chart support in Amazon ECR. This will roll out more broadly soon, but for now you can test it out using the instructions here:https://github.com/aws/containers-roadmap/issues/308 …

Someone left a stellar review on my family's Etsy store. It was great to see my daughters glow while reading it. Kind words go so far. (We started an Etsy store as a "Corona project." My daughters run the store, ship stuff, and so on.)
