Following the docs in https://github.com/robotology/human-dynamics-estimation/wiki/Set-up-Machine-for-running-HDE#usb-can-2 the instructions say to download the CAN_SDK_V*** and can_usb2_win64_*** files, however those files cannot be found in the linked page https://esd.eu/en/products/can-usb2 .
It would be great to have some more direct links to the required files.

The doxygen generation was generated for the last time on Wed May 23 2018. This could be fixed migrating the doxygen generation to GitHub Actions + gh pages.

Summary
A simulink block that provided yarp rpc functionality.
Motivation
Currently, for the pHRI standup experiment in simulation I need to set the robot and the human models to be in an initial configuration and then connect their hands through linkattached plugin. Currently, the iCub hand joints does not have common (official) names in order to be addressed, similar to what we have for the actuated axis names in http://wiki.icub.org/wiki/ICub_joints .
This naming possibly can be common for both the current version of the iCub hands and the new version.

Remove xenial images
Since we do not support xenial anymore, we should remove the images based on than and maintain only the bionic ones.
I guess there is probably some official documentation on this, so just a link to the official documentation will probably be enough. cc @claudiofantacci
