Patent Examination Data System (PEDS) and PEDS API down (out-of-service)
PEDS is currently down until further notice. The USPTO is experiencing an issue with PEDS and is working diligently to resolve the issue.
Windows' Servers Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing server maintenance to all Windows' servers impacting multiple business applications and systems USPTO wide beginning at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, July 22 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, July 31 ET.
During this maintenance, there may be a brief period of service interruption to the supported applications.
No user action is required. These systems will be available after the maintenance

Private PAIR Maintenance
The Private PAIR team is conducting database maintenance beginning at 12 a.m., Thursday, July 23 and ending at 4 a.m., Thursday, July 23 ET.
The Private PAIR system will not be available during this time.
Save your work and log off before 11:58 p.m., Thursday, July 23 ET.
TSDR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, July 25 and ending at 1 a.m., Sunday, July 26 ET.
TSDR will not be available. Links to TSDR will not be available from the following systems:

- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)

Fee Payment Processing Maintenance
The USPTO's Third-Party Credit Card Processing service, Pay.gov, will be performing maintenance that impacts USPTO credit/debit card fee payment processing beginning at 6 p.m., Saturday, July 25 and ending at 10 p.m., Saturday, July 25 ET.
The following USPTO storefronts will be unable to accept Credit/Debit card payments during the maintenance period:
