    When sensible centrists of then and now thunder ineffectually at state-powers used just as critics pointed out - and were ridiculed for. So many examples of this in 20 years of tech + human rights. I'd love to say those who laughed then listen now, but it's just not true.

    I was at a roundtable on Russian disinfo threat at UK think-tank,* Nov. 2016. I raised Brexit (as well as US election) and how UK must protect future elections. 2 ppl supported, rest ignored, and Cabinet Office rep made it clear he had zero interest in pursuing. *not Ch. House

    The government refused to publish this report before the last election. Process that. It knew that election was at risk. It refused to let that be known. And it won.

    However, for NHS COVID-19, there is really little action in issues and pull requests, which suggest that they are doing issue tracking and code review elsewhere. So, we don't have that info.
