    Well, what we feared came true. People who are sleeping rough being penalised for leaving a home they don't have!

    A homeless man has been charged with ‘leaving the place you were living, namely no fixed address’ during lockdown. The judge is questioning the decision but CPS are determined it will go to trial.

    NEWS: has no policy for testing for in immigration detention. This despite confirmed cases & risks to BAME people. Credit to who have asked that this is made routinely available. It shouldn't have come to this.
