Accessibility audit
Jess, a member of Open Oakland pointed out that people who cannot distinguish red and green may have trouble with the colors we've chosen. There may be lots of other issues that we aren't even aware of. This audit should be easy to do with the accessibility tab in Firefox (and Chrome?).
Deliverable: instead of a pull request, submit a report in our wiki.

the list of crime categories in https://github.com/openoakland/OakCrime/blob/master/showCrime/dailyIncid/templates/dailyIncid/heatmap.html is redundant with and needs to match the top-level CrimeCat objects (ie, those without subtype '_') in the database.

- Tweak database table name to be more generic:
- Evaluate existing content and tweak/remove based

Describe the bug
The zoom icons have their title's hard coded in English.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the site on a desktop or laptop and search for something so that you can see the map
- Change the language to anything other than English
- Hover your mouse over the zoom in and out icons and look at the title text that should pop up
- The pop up text
This is somewhat dependent on determining the brand tone (see Issue #102).

Overview
We need to update our team roster in order to update:
- the Hack for LA Project Overview --> MVP
- the "Project Background" static page on the FOLA site --> V2
Action Items
- Compile a list of team members (past & present) in a new Google Sheet or in framework doc created by Bonnie (if already created)
- Save
Best case: set a "passed" flag somewhere in the spreadsheet to pull from (@sfdoran might need to do this).
Alternative: hard code it.
Note: See the 2018 election to see how we marked the candidates who were elected as "elected". Also note that we didn't show which referendums were passed in 2018.
We want to strip multiple counts by users posting repeatedly (diatribe)
Overview
In order to allow for internal hand off between LADOT users, we should have a walk through going over setting up admin roles, as well as anything else unclear
Action Items
- Determine best way to write walk through
- possibly PDF with screenshots
- Write walkthrough
- Share with LADOT
