JERAKIA_CONFIG environment variable in docker does not reflect default location of jerakia.yaml
As mentioned in #105 the JERAKIA_CONFIG environment variable can be used to overwrite the location of the jerakia.yaml file. According to the jerakia documentation about configuring jerakia, the default location of the config file is /etc/jerakia/jerakia.yaml. In contrast to that, we currently set the default value of JERAKIA_CONFIG to ```/etc/jer
