This is a multi-threaded version of GNU uniq in C++.  Only a subset of
options are supported currently, and a couple of extensions.

To clone the repo:

    $ git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/weesan/muniq.git

To compile:

    $ configure
    $ make
    $ make install

To run:

    $ muniq -c -P16 *.txt -o output_dir
