Expose the Database class as part of the top level API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I think the Database class would be really useful in its own right, without all of the Model/Document stuff. It would just be like a better DocumentClient. We should expose it as part of the top level API.

If this does happen, I'd like to change the name of the class as well - maybe to Client?
