Is there a way to determine if a fingerprint is of value, meaning the image is good enough to be read/matched. Some use cases are: a partial fingerprint or may be something that is partially smudged?

It may be wise to use git submodules instead of relying on GitHub-generated zip files of repository code for OpenCV and BioMDI. Otherwise, documentation should be improved on how exactly to use pre-downloaded code. See also #24.

Feature Request
Show an error message when the Swift version isn't correct
Feature Description
Hello,
It will be good to show an error when the Swift version isn't 3.X but 4.X, to prevent time wasting for searching the problem :) (Actually there is a silent error and the fingerprint won't show).
