Long exception messages can push out the constant text message from the view. The user can't see that this is a crash report or what happened.

Solution idea

The fix for long or hard to understand exception messages is not part of this PR - it is possible to have long messages. The goal here is to be able to fix the layout in a way that will not disrupt constant text and the buttons. In

A production environment is triggering the exception "Error Message: TypeError: Cannot read property 'insertBefore' of null".

This seems to happen on the admin interface on the url: "/#/admin/questionnaires" in relation to $scope.triggerFieldDialog
