The majority of the windows with tabs have a function for left aligning the none disabled tabs. There should be one function that does this rather than the variety of different ones that we have at the moment.
The function will need to know the first and last tab but that should be about it. The build vehicle window likely is a bit special and consideration on if it can use the general function
