Currently the release script uses invoke (inv), but the way to make it work is manually installing it's dependencies (pyyaml and semver).
We should make this process straight-forward (probably add a requirements file might be enough, but if you consider it is if needed, add docs too).

Currently README.md only covers building CirnOS on two operating systems -- Arch Linux and Fedora.
It would be helpful for future developers if they could find instructions for building CirnOS for whichever operating system they may be working with.
Someone with a lot of computers running different Linux distributions or Mac OS X, Windows etc should build CirnOS on each of these devices and

Enable Dynamic Persistent volume Provisioning for ceph rbd provisioner through adding "allowVolumeExpansion" parameter.
Why is this needed:
Dynamic Persistent volume Provisioning is necessary and ceph rbd support this.
