After this change in Material UI: mui-org/material-ui#6115

For new projects with Kotlin support, the project only contains MainActivity.kt and not Java, and as for now, docs doesn't support it.

I suggest adding the following to GettingStarted.

Right now, we can provide a timeout while calling an endpoint of a remote service. However, this means we need to change the client-side code that is consuming the remote service in order to change this timeout.
