    Excited to release Blend - a implementation of CSS Colors Level 4 & 5 functions. Convert LCH & Lab to Sass, adjust Sass colors using LCH/Lab channels, & choose colors based on contrast. More color-spaces (like display-p3!) & tools coming soon!

    Just released Dart Sass 1.24.5, which adds support for multi-span error messages. These provide additional context for many errors, including invalid function/mixin calls and module load errors!

    We've just published a language proposal for removing the leading "_" from the default module namespace for URLs like "foo/_bar" that include it. We expect this to be an unintrusive change, but it's technically breaking so we're soliciting feedback:

    Dart Sass 1.24.0 is released! This release adds a "with" keyword to the rule so you can override the default configuration of modules you forward, and it makes it possible to configure modules that are loaded with .

    There's a new language proposal by out! It expands the interaction between @​import and the module system, so that variables that are set before an @​import can override configurable variables forwarded with @​forward

    This would allow building “middleware” that imports, configures, extends, and passes along other Sass modules - like an opinionated Susy setup with additional mixins. That was possible before modules, and this makes it possible again.
