GET /avatars/flags/{code} only works wither lower-case letters.
That is not really convenient, since the country codes from GET /locale/countries are capitalized.
My suggestion would be, to make GET /avatars/flags/{code} case-insensitive.

Describe the bug
Some of the countries that are available for selection seem to be missing flag images (we have 198). This results in broken img elements.
To Reproduce
Select "American Samoa" (AS) or "Åland Islands" (AX).
(OPTIONAL) Additional context
Either add missing flags, or to also future proof it add either a fallback or hide the flag img element if it fails to
Create a weather module which will get the weather for a given city, at a given date (using the language/date package).
The API for that isn't chosen yet.

Save the API key into user information if the API requires a token.
