to allow push notifications from the server to the client, the client issues very often a /rest/ping-request. The number should be reduces as much as possible.

Rules:

• every 60 sec a ping should be issued, except
• if a real robot is connected (direct or using the connector program), the ping should be issued frequently (every 5 sec)

The changes are client-side only
