The Open Requests page shows react-i18n translation key instead of a proper message when the request is older than 10 days and hasn't received any offer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. create a request
2. wait for 10 days :P (or just hack the open requests page to show that message for every request)
3. open Open Requests page

Eric D wrote (on #179) We have been asked if we could provide a map of the UK (as it exists now before Scotland leaves?!!!) because overseas researchers are not very good at UK geography. They could then click on the county that they want to check out.

User Story: It is important that the App contains a legal section where it is easy to locate our user T&Cs, as well as the Privacy Policy
