Describe the bug
The Open Requests page shows react-i18n translation key instead of a proper message when the request is older than 10 days and hasn't received any offer.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- create a request
- wait for 10 days :P (or just hack the open requests page to show that message for every request)

Eric D wrote (on #179) We have been asked if we could provide a map of the UK (as it exists now before Scotland leaves?!!!) because overseas researchers are not very good at UK geography. They could then click on the county that they want to check out.

Create a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file for each of these and then put them in the docs folder under the appropriate language.
Move the current CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file to /docs/en/ and change any links/references to it in other docs.

Changes: legal section on the more menu linking to these 2 policies (doesn't need to be prominent, just to be there)

On FreeCEN would it be possible to have a key to the status column. I guess M=married, S=single, W=widowed, but I can't guess what U stands for or what it means when there's a "-" in the column. Thanks for the brilliant website.
