The format of generators in vanilla-rtb written in Python is not compliant to generators rule e.g. Keys fields followed by value fields and required changes in vanilla-rtb python script.

it's fine to timeout on propagation and ignore the errors, cause:
- if we fail propagating to our own Sentry, we will just repeat the same operation on the next tick and thefore attempt again (cause we get the previously approved messages from our own Sentry)
- if our Sentry is persistently down, we will theoretically keep issuing the same NewState/ApproveState, but this won't trigger a repe
We currently have places where we don't use prepared statements for queries.
This could lead to bugs if Display and ToSql implementations for the struct are different, however this is not the case at the moment.
