Click on the blank area to enter a code. When hover over Code / Description, the cursor is a caret when hovering over the text to select, rather than being a pointer. (It is a pointer when hovering between the options.)

During an upgrade of the Kubernetes package versions in PR #636 a bunch of context.TODO() function call parameters were added. We should go through and plug these into any existing contexts we have and implement new contexts for the others.

When installing Augur, I tried to set up a local database. When creating database credentials, the password was not hidden while I was typing it in.

Potential solutions:
