Is your feature request related to a problem or area of OpenRefine? Please describe.
When previewing an importer's results, there is a text field to enter the project name. When pressing Enter in this field, I would expect the project to be created (without having to click the "Create Project" button).

Short description
Recently, the bug #2423 related to the auto-detection of filename and extension was fixed.
So, we can remove some unnecessary code from the datasets given below.
Steps:

We used to tweak it heavily on Hadoop but not so much on GCS. A few things:
- Writer
numShards- this affects output file size, should be >= 1GB and >= block size. - Writer block size - was 1GB on HDFS but probably can use more on GCS due to IO overhead?
- Reader
mapred.min.split.sizeto avoid input split too large i.e. #3315
