The current blocksim benchmark is in time but what we are really interested in is not the time it takes to process a block (~latency) but how many blocks per second we can process (throughput).

Key Result
The dialogue should be able to understand any greeting by the user and respond accordingly. The deliverables are the nlu and stories Markdown files that will be used to train the model.
