@tycrek thank you for the contribution. I think it would be useful to allow the user to control this with a configuration flag. There are going to be existing users who do not want to include the issue title when evaluating the content of an issue |

This update will also match the title of the issue as well as the body. It's my first time building a Typescript project so feel free to reject
lib/main.jsand build it properly. It works, but perhaps it can work better.
