    After denying me a jury and removing my 2 lawyers while letting a law firm "prosecute" me, Judge Preska just refused to set my contempt trial for Dec. 7 when my new lawyer can appear. She instead set trial for election week (Nov 4) when Chevron hopes nobody watches.

    Never forget that the US military murdered cameraman José Cuoso in Baghdad in 2003 and then the Bush administration conspired with the Spanish government to drop the case. We only know about this because of Julian Assange and Wikileaks.
